Michaela Resch studied Journalism and Communications (Bakk.phil.) at Universität Wien as well as Social and Cultural Anthropology and Filmstudies at Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2010 she has been working as a broadcast director, editor and cinematographer for various projects and companies. Her first film RE:AW:RE:FW (short documentary, 2016) discusses everyday racism and the feeling of impuissance. Currently she is part of the masters program Visual and Media Anthropology at Freie Universität Berlin.
