Melody Howse is a PhD candidate in Anthropology at Leipzig University. She is a lifelong researcher grounded in Visual Anthropology where her focus is on Experience, Technology and Emotion. As a researcher she brings her background from the UK broadcast documentary industry where she has worked as a producer, director and archivist for documentary series and cinema documentaries since 2001 into her practice. She holds an MA in Visual and Media Anthropology from the Freie Universität, Berlin and a BA from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design.
